Our featured member this month is Dr. Sharon Buchalter, Owner/CEO, Products On The Go LLC.
 Q: Tell us about your role at your company.
A: Products On The Go LLC, is a consumer goods company that creates, manufactures and sells award-winning plant based sustainable and natural diapering essentials for babies and personal care products for the entire family. As founder and CEO I have been involved in every aspect of the development of the company and its products. I spent seven years in the R&D phase, learning about natural materials and ingredients. I studied the competition and recognized their advantages and disadvantages, learned how the products are made, and how they function. I made sure to find manufacturing and formulator partners that shared my vision of natural and skin safe products for all ages. This has required lots of hard work, dedication, and a high personal financial investment. As the company grows and the products are in market my role has shifted to focusing on branding, marketing and generating interest from investors.
Q: What helped you the most to prepare for your present role?
A: As a clinical psychologist and as an MBA working with Fortune 500 companies, I have studied consumer behavior and product development for over 20 years. This experience inspired me to create a company that develops and sells trusted natural and sustainable baby and sun care products under the brands Little Toes and Sunshine On The Go. We offer our customers a combination of natural products with convenience.
Q: Tell us something about yourself that not many people know?
A: Personally, I have been happily married for over 25 years and along side with my husband I have raised two beautiful children that make me proud every day. I also am a mom to two beautiful dogs but with very different personalities, so it is also a challenge to make sure they both get the required attention. Running a new and fast-growing company is a 24 hour job, and spending time with my family is very important to me, so a lot of my free time is with them.
